Monthly Meditation

You are invited to join mediation circle in which Natalie will guide you in a variety of meditations.   Enjoy the focus on the breath, the relaxation, the stress relief of engaging in meditations while allowing yourself to visit different places, meet spiritual beings that are here to assist us, and encounter issues that we are here to learn.  The meditations are designed to help you on your spiritual path and growth.

Whether you are new to meditations or experienced you will enjoy these circles, which include discussions and sharing of experiences by all participants.

NOTE: Mediations begin promptly and no one will be admitted after the indicated start time as that would break the energy and interrupt the mediation.
 

Teleclass/Teleconference Meditations November New Moon Meditation: 11/25/2010 Join me in celebration of the New Moon this November.   Astrologically the Moon represents our emotional core, inner drives, intuition, home, family, roots, and connection to the past. New Moons signify rebirth, beginnings, a clean slate, the start of a new cycle. Each month's New Moon falls in one of the twelve houses of the zodiac. The focus of that New Moon may manifest or be felt most in the house that the New Moon falls in. I will share more information on the meditation's intention and the general idea behind a full moon meditation when we meet at 1 pm EST. December Full Moon Meditation: 12/10/2010 Join me in celebration of the Full Moon this December.   The moon emanates distinctly different energies during the full cycle from new moon to full moon.  Each of the eight cycles facilitates the process of creation and manifestation. The light of the full moon brings about manifestation of, or progress toward our goals.  We can see where we are in the process of realization of the plan. I will share more information on the meditation's intention and the general idea behind a full moon meditation when we meet at 2 pm EST. Join us this December, on Friday, December 30th for our chakra cleansing meditation to release overwhelm, release what we no longer need, and allow us to moving forward in our own right for the new year! In this meditation we will connect with all chakras, clear and clean them and have some of the Ascended Masters assist us in a peaceful healing throughout this meditation. Please know that a chakra cleansing meditation in which all chakras are addressed is always only the beginning and that you may need or wish to dive deeper into chakra meditations for complete clearing and cleansing after this meditation.
