Policies of Healing Isis
Please take note of the policies below.
For special Reiki Sessions, special cases, group events, and
Cleansing and
Clearing of properties, further policies may
apply.
These will be discussed at the time an appointment is made.
I am considerate of your time and therefore I ask that you
please be considerate of mine.
Scheduling an Appointment
In order to schedule an appointment for a session/service
you need to contact me directly. The best way to do so is
via email at:

443-200-2684. If I do not answer please leave a message with
the service you are inquiring about and possible
appointments times. Leave your phone number or email
(whichever is best for you) slowly so that I can respond in
a timely manner. An appointment is only confirmed via email
or via an in-person, written agreement.
Deposits
For many sessions/services a deposit is required. This is
due to the fact that once an appointment is agreed upon
Natalie will save that time, as well as time to prepare for
your appointment exclusively for you, as you are likely to
do as well.
For some services a pre-payment is required to secure your
appointment and/or spot in a workshop due to the time and
effort (preparation, set up, travel, etc.) involved in such
services.
Non-Refundable Deposit
In case you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment
you are (phone or in person) are required to contact Natalie
at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you
do not do so you will be charged 50% of the session fee. Any
request to reschedule or any cancellation notice is only
confirmed via an email/written exchange. By contacting
Natalie at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled
appointment you will allow her to offer that time to another
person.
Deposits for receiving the Angel Links are also
non-refundable as per the above guidelines as a spot in the
attunement workshop is saved for you. In case you cannot
attend you are required to contact Natalie at least 24 hours
prior to the attunement workshop. If you do not do so you
the deposit will not be refunded.
For group events/readings a deposit is required. The deposit
of $60.00 is not refundable. In case you need
to cancel you may use the deposit for another/re-scheduled
group reading. This reading must occur within one (1) year
of your original group appointment in order for you to use
the deposit.
Policy for cancellation or re-scheduling and appointment
In case you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you
are (phone or in person) are required to contact Natalie
at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment. If you do not do so you will be charged 50% of
the session fee. Any request to reschedule or any
cancellation notice is only confirmed via an email/written

Your Appointment
Please be sure that you arrive on time for your
appointment. It is usually good to give yourself sufficient
time to arrive about 5 minutes before your session is
scheduled to start.
In case you realize that you are running late, contact
Natalie as soon as you can before your appointment starting
time. This means that you probably want to call her
(443-200-2684) to indicate how late you are running to see
whether it will still be possible to have your session that
day. Given the fact that Natalie has other appointments she
cannot guarantee that you appointment will still be possible
that day but it may be the case. If other appointments are
already scheduled not leaving enough time to still have
yours we will either re-scheduled as soon as possible or you
will receive 50% of your fee back or as soon as possible.
Policy for “No Show” Incidents
Please note the policy for cancellation or rescheduling, as
well as the “non-refundable deposit.”
In case you do not contact Natalie and/or you are late for
your appointments you are considered to be a “no show.”
Being late for an appointment means arriving more 10 -15
minutes after the original start time of the appointment.
Unless you contact Natalie as quickly as possible and the
reason for your “no show” was an emergency, you will not be
refunded the fee for the session/service.
Policy for Refunds
Please note the policy for cancellation or rescheduling,
“now show” incidents, as well as the “non-refundable
deposit.”
In cases where you do not contact Natalie and/or you arrive
more than 10 -15 minutes after the original start time of
the appointment, you are considered to be a “no show.”
Unless you contact Natalie as quickly as possible and the
reason for your “no show” was an emergency, you will not be
refunded the fee for the session/service.
Travel/Distances
In case the appointment is scheduled to be at your home a
travel/distance fee may apply.
If your home is located more than 25 miles and up to 35
miles from Windsor Mills, MD an additional $ 20.00 travel
fee is required. For travel further than 35 miles an
additional fee of $ 5.00 per each 10 miles is required.
This fee is required to be pre-paid as well.
Group events/Group Angel Card Readings
Group events/Group Angel Card Readings are normally held in
your home.
Natalie will first provide the group with a general overview
of Angel Card Readings and how they can be beneficial to
you. She will provide some materials for your guests to
browse through during the event while they are waiting their
turn for an individual reading. The individual readings will
be given in a more private setting (a private area) and each
reading will be 15 minutes. Afterwards the guests can get
together and talk about their personal readings, if they
choose to do so.
A private area with a small table and two chairs is needed
for the personal readings during the event. It is best if
that area is set aside a little. Natalie will bring a few
important items for that area and requires about 15 minutes
to set the area up as necessary for the work.
Please be sure to provide snack/light refreshments or else
for your guests as they will need to wait their turn for
their individual readings.
Please make sure that there will be no alcohol served prior
or during the readings/event.
* A minimum of 5 guests/readings is required.
* The maximum of guests/readings is 10 people per event.
* Readings are 15-minutes for each guest for $15.00 each.
* With a minimum of 5 guests, the hostess’ reading is free.
For group events/readings a deposit to book the date for you
is required. The deposit of $50.00 is not refundable.
In case you need to cancel you may use the deposit for
another/re-scheduled group reading. This reading must occur
within one (1) year of your original group appointment in
order for you to use the deposit.
Since the event will be held at your home a travel fee may
apply.

Minors and the need for permissions
At times you may have a minor that you would like to in a
session and that you are requesting and appointment for. In
such case you need to please e-mail me prior to the session
so that you can fill out a consent form prior
to the session. Natalie cannot allow any minor to
participate in a session without a signed consent form from
their guardian/parent.
Health Form
For and during Energy Healing appointments Natalie will
ask you a few health related questions. As Energy Healing
is not a substitute for medical care you may be
asked to sign a consent form at the time of your
appointment.
